ARTIFICIAL SPRING

Sound installation is controlled by Arduino and consists of a set of micro motors which, vibrating against various objects, produce a variety of mechanical sounds. Each motor has its own rhythm and speed cycle, imitating the tunes of birds and insects (for example corncrake, woodpecker, owl, bee, cricket, blackbird, cuckoo). It produces a technical soundscape that resembles the rhythms and sounds of a spring forest.
